At LETOUCH, we prioritize customer satisfaction above all else. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Our refund policy ensures that you have the option to return any unworn or unused items for a full refund or exchange.
To qualify for a refund or exchange, please ensure that you return the item within 5 days of receiving it. The item must be in a new and unworn condition with price tag on to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
What is the timeframe for returning items?
You have a 5-day window to request a refund after receiving your order. Please keep the following points in mind:
- To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in its original condition, unused and unworn, and repacked as it was received.
- Unfortunately, if the item has been repaired or damaged, it will not be eligible for return.
- Please note that delivery fees are non-refundable. Additionally, there will be an additional refund delivery charge of 1.5 KD.
- Once the returned item has been received and approved, we will refund the remaining balance to your bank account.
- For Knet within 48 working hours.
- For Visa, Master, and Apple Pay, please allow 3-7 working days for the refund to be processed.
How can I return an item?
To initiate a return, please contact us via WhatsApp at +965-96906062, providing your order ID and indicating the item you wish to return. Please note that an additional 1.5KWD deduction will be made for the courier company in case of a refund or exchange. Our courier will arrange to collect the items from you within 48 working hours.
How do I return or exchange an item purchased with LETOUCH credit?
If you used LETOUCH credit to make a purchase on our website and need to return it, we will add the total amount you paid back to your credit. For instance, if you bought a jacket for 25 KWD and used 5 KWD in credit, your actual payment would be 20 KWD. However, if the jacket doesn't fit and you want to exchange it for a different size, we will top up your credit with 25 KWD.
