About Letouch

Letouch is a Kuwait-based women's fashion brand established in 2009. We design and sell contemporary occasion-wear and ready-to-wear pieces. References to "we," "us," and "our" refer to Letouch.

You agree to use letouch.net for lawful, personal purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any content from the site without our prior written permission.

Products and pricing

All product descriptions, images, and prices are provided in good faith. Colours may appear slightly different on screen depending on your device. Prices are listed in Kuwaiti Dinar (KD) and may change without notice. We reserve the right to:

  • Limit quantities of any product.
  • Refuse or cancel orders.
  • Correct any errors in pricing or product information.

Orders and payment

By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method. Accepted payment methods include:

  • Tabby

Payment is taken at the time of order. If we are unable to fulfil an order, we will contact you and issue a full refund.

Shipping

Local orders within Kuwait are dispatched within 48 working hours when items are in stock. International orders ship from Kuwait via Postaplus. Shipping fees and delivery timelines are shown at checkout and detailed in our Refund Policy.

Returns, exchanges, and refunds

Our return, exchange, and refund terms are set out in full in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please review it carefully before placing an order. Key points include:

  • A 14-day return window applies to most items, in line with Kuwait Ministry of Commerce and Industry regulations.
  • Evening wear can only be returned within 24 hours of receipt.
  • All other items, including occasion wear, follow the standard 14-day return window.
  • Eligibility requirements, international return rules, and Letouch credit return rules are described in the Refund Policy.

Intellectual property

All content on letouch.net, including images, text, logos, and product designs, is the property of Letouch and is protected by copyright and trademark law in Kuwait and internationally.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Letouch is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our site or our products.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait. Any dispute will be resolved by the competent courts of Kuwait.
