How can I track my order?
Kuwait: Contact us via WhatsApp at +965 9690 6062 with your order ID.
International: When your order is shipped you will receive an email with your shipment details, including your Airway Bill Number (a string of numbers, for example 1002422190). You can use this number to track your shipment at www.postaplus.com by entering the AWB in the search box. The same method works for multiple shipments.
My order has been shipped. What next?

Delivery
How can I get same-day delivery in Kuwait?
Standard Kuwait delivery is 1.9 KD and most orders arrive within 1 to 2 working days. Same-day express delivery is available across Kuwait for 3 KD.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Kuwait: Most customers receive their order within 1 to 2 working days of placing it.
International: Orders typically reach the destination country within 3 to 7 working days.
How can I schedule international delivery?
Postaplus will call you directly to schedule your delivery. If you do not receive a call, please contact the Postaplus call centre as soon as possible to avoid delays. You can also visit your nearest Postaplus branch. If none of these options work, please email info@letouch.net or WhatsApp +965 9690 6062 and our delivery team will assist you.
How can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
Email your order ID and correct address to info@letouch.net, or WhatsApp +965 9690 6062. This applies to local orders in Kuwait only. International orders cannot be redirected after shipping.
I have been waiting longer than your delivery promise. What should I do?

Do you offer collection in Kuwait?
We do not offer outlet or in-person collection in Kuwait. All Kuwait orders are delivered.
What if the item I received is damaged on delivery?
We always take extra care in packaging. If your item arrives damaged, please inform us immediately via WhatsApp at +965 9690 6062.
I do not want to receive my order. What should I do?
You can cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped from our warehouse, at no charge. Once you have received the shipping confirmation, the order cannot be cancelled.
For international orders, after cancellation is complete, your Letouch credit will be added to your account for the same value as your returned items.

Shipping Charges
Kuwait delivery fees
Standard delivery is 1.9 KD (1 to 2 working days). Same-day express delivery is 3 KD.
International delivery fees
Charges depend on destination and weight, and all orders ship via Postaplus:
- GCC, up to 2 KG: 8 KD
- GCC, 2 to 4 KG: 12 KD
- Rest of the world, up to 2 KG: 9 KD
- Rest of the world, 2 to 4 KG: 15 KD
We ship worldwide via Postaplus, except to active war zones.

How can I pay for my order?
Online payment is the only method available for both Kuwait and international orders.

Are my bank details secure for online payments at Letouch?
Yes. We use industry-leading encryption standards, which protect the data you provide and ensure it is not accessible to any third party. From your side, the most important step is to protect your password. Your data is only used to process orders and serve you better, and will not be disclosed to any third party under any circumstances.
My credit card details have been rejected. What should I do?
Please check the following common issues:
- The card may be enabled for ATM use only. Contact your bank to enable online (e-commerce) transactions.
- Confirm the card number, name on card, CVV code (three digits on the back of the card), and expiry date are entered correctly.
- Ensure there is sufficient limit on your credit card.
If everything looks correct, contact your bank to confirm the card is eligible for online purchases and check for any other blocks.
