Kuwait Returns and Exchanges

At Letouch, we prioritize customer satisfaction above all else. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Our refund policy ensures that you have the option to return any unworn or unused items for a full refund or exchange.

To qualify for a refund or exchange, please return the item within 14 days of receiving it. The item must be in new and unworn condition with the price tag on to be eligible for a refund or exchange.


What is the timeframe for returning items?

You have a 14-day window to request a refund after receiving your order. Please keep the following points in mind:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused and unworn, and repacked as it was received.
  • If the item has been repaired or damaged, it will not be eligible for return.
  • Delivery fees are non-refundable. An additional refund delivery charge of 1.5 KD will be applied.
  • Once the returned item has been received and approved, we will refund the remaining balance to your bank account.
  • For Knet, refunds are processed within 48 working hours.
  • For Visa, Mastercard, and Apple Pay, please allow 3 to 7 working days for the refund to be processed.


How can I return an item?

To initiate a return, please contact us via WhatsApp at +965 9690 6062, providing your order ID and indicating the item you wish to return. An additional 1.5 KD deduction will be made for the courier company in case of a refund or exchange. Our courier will arrange to collect the items from you within 48 working hours.


International Shipping, Returns, and Exchanges

All orders are shipped from Kuwait via Postaplus. After you place an order on letouch.net, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order and are processing it. We will send further email notifications as we dispatch your goods, which will include Postaplus tracking numbers. You can track your order at Postaplus.com.

Your order will be shipped within 48 working hours if all items are available in our warehouse.

Postaplus delivers directly to your doorstep during regular working hours and days in your country. Alternatively, you can pick up your order from your local Postaplus office. Please make sure you have your tracking number on hand.


Delivery costs

International shipping charges depend on the total weight of the package:

  • Under 2 KG: 8 KD
  • 2 KG and above: 12 KD


Customs duties

Some countries charge customs duties and taxes on importing goods from overseas. Customs duties, taxes, clearance, and handling fees are calculated at the time of clearing the shipment from customs, and the courier company will collect the fees at the time of delivery.


What is the return notice period?

  • You can request a refund upon receipt of the order.
  • The item should be in good condition, not used, and with the original tag on.
  • It should also be in the original condition and repacked as received.
  • For hygiene reasons, we will not exchange earrings or intimates such as bathing suits, underwear, cosmetics, or any other merchandise of similar nature.
  • All printed T-shirts, mugs, and frames are not exchangeable as they are printed on demand.


How can I return an item (international orders)?

At Letouch, we aim to make the return process clear and fair. Please read the following carefully before requesting a return.

  • Contact us via WhatsApp +965 9690 6062 with your order ID and the items you wish to return.
  • Once your return request is approved, we will share the return shipping address with you.
  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. The item must be shipped back using a courier service with a valid tracking number.
  • We do not arrange return pickups for international orders.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 7 to 10 working days.
  • A 4 KD customs duty fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover return clearance charges.
  • Returns sent without prior approval or without a tracking number will not be accepted.


Returns or exchanges with Letouch credit

If you used Letouch credit to make a purchase and need to return the item, we will add the total amount you paid back to your credit. For example, if you bought a jacket for 25 KD and used 5 KD in credit, your actual payment would be 20 KD. If the jacket doesn't fit and you want to exchange it for a different size, we will top up your credit with 25 KD.


Evening wear

Evening wear items can only be returned within 24 hours of receipt. After 24 hours, evening wear returns will not be accepted.

This is in line with Kuwait Ministry of Commerce and Industry regulations (Announcement dated 18/09/2022, goods excluded from the 14-day return period): https://moci.gov.kw/en/news/162/.

All other items, including occasion wear, follow the standard 14-day return window.
