Here at LETOUCH customer satisfaction is our number one priority. LETOUCH wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our refund policy provides you with the option to return your unworn, unused items to us for a full refund or exchange.
In order to qualify for a refund or exchange, your item must be returned within 5 days of the time you receive it. Returned items must be in new, unworn condition to qualify for a refund or exchange.
What is the return notice period?
You can request for a refund within 5 days upon receipt of the order. Please note that:
•Item should be in a good condition and not used along with the original tag.
•It should also be in the original condition and repacked as received.
•Due to hygienic reasons, we will not exchange earrings or intimates such as bathing suits, underwear, cosmetics, or any other merchandise of similar nature.
•All printed T-shirts, Mugs and frames are not exchangeable as we print them on demand.
•Items sold during sale periods and/or at reduced amounts cannot be refund at all.
How can I return an item?
•Email email@example.com or WhatsApp +965-97891488 with your order ID and mention the item that you would like to return.
•In case of full order refund 2 KWD will be deducted for the courier company.
•No additional delivery charges in case of refunding/exchanging one item or part of the order.
•Our courier will collect the items from you within 48 working hours.
How do I return/exchange an item I purchased with LETOUCH credit?
If you used LETOUCH credit to purchase something from our website and want to return it, we just add the total amount you paid back to your credit. For example, if you ordered a jacket for 25 KWD and used credit for 5 KWD, you actually paid 20 KWD. But if the jacket do not fit and you want to have then exchanged for a different size, we will top up your credit with 25 KWD.
