International Returns/Exchanges

All orders are shipped from the Kuwait via DHL Express service.

After you place an order on LETOUCH.net, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order and are processing it. To keep you informed about the progress of your order, we will send further email notifications as we dispatch your goods, which will include DHL tracking numbers. You can track the progress of your order by visiting DHL.com. If you have any questions about your order please contact us at support@letouch.net or Whatsapp 0096596906062 with an Arabic or English speaking customer service representative available Saturday to Thursday from 10am to 4pm Kuwait time.
 
Your order will be shippend within 48 working hours if all items were available in our warehouse.
 
DHL delivers directly to your doorstep during regular working hours/days in your country. Alternatively you can pick up your order from your local DHL office; make sure that you have your tracking number on hand.

Delivery costs

We charge a flat shipping rate of 6KWD per order on all orders except for orders above 2KG shipping charge will be 11KWD. For orders of of total costs of 100KWD and plus shipping fees will be free.

Custom Duties

Some countries charge customs duties and taxes on importing goods from overseas. Custom duties, taxes, clearance and handling fees are calculated at the time of clearing the shippment from customs and DHL will collect the fees at the delivery time.


What is the return notice period?

  • You can request for a refund within 5 days upon receipt of the order. Please note that:
  • Item should be in a good condition and not used along with the original tag.
  • It should also be in the original condition and repacked as received.
  • Due to hygienic reasons, we will not exchange earrings or intimates such as bathing suits, underwear, cosmetics, or any other merchandise of similar nature.
  • All printed T-shirts, Mugs and frames are not exchangeable as we print them on demand.

How can I return an item?

At LETOUCH, we are proud to offer a hassle-free exchange policy. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, follow the steps below to create your return.

  • Email exchange.refund@letouch.net or Whatsapp 0096596906062 with your order ID and mention the item that you would like to return.
  • We will email you a return label to print and contact your local DHL office for pickup.
  • Once the item is picked up, we will refund the amount as LETOUCH credit within 48 hours.

If I’m not happy with my order, do I get a refund and get my money back?

Unfortunately we are unable to offer cash back or Credit Card refunds. However we offer free exchanges in the form of LETOUCH Credit. This means that if you place an order and you are not satisfied by the product received, you can exchange your item free of charge - we cover the return shipping fees and issue you credit for the value of the item that you are returning. This will give you the opportunity to choose the size that suits you or to order another item of your choice.For example, if you paid 50 KWD for an item, we’ll give you LETOUCH credit for 50 KWD after you’ve returned the item to us. Please note that the shipping charge is not refundable, as it goes to the courier company.

How do I return/exchange an item I purchased with LeTouch credit?

If you used LETOUCH credit to purchase something from our website and want to return it, we just add the total amount you paid back to your credit. For example, if you ordered a jacket for 25 KWD and used credit for 5 KWD, you actually paid 20 KWD. But if the jacket do not fit and you want to have then exchanged for a different size, we will top up your credit with 25 KWD.
