How can I track my order?


KUWAIT:


For Kuwait customers, you can track your order by contacting at [email protected] or WhatsApp +965-97891488 with your order ID. 


INTERNATIONAL:


When your order is shipped you will receive an SMS and an Email with your shipment details. These messages will contain your Airway Bill Number which will be a string of numbers e.g. 1002422190. This shipment number can be used to track your shipment across PostaPlus.

 

You can use this number to track your shipment by visiting www.postaplus.com and enter your (awb) in the box. You can use this method to track multiple shipments as well.


How can I make sure to get same day delivery in Kuwait?


The majority of our customers should expect their delivery within one working day of placing the order.If you place your order before 2pm we should be able to have your order out for delivery to you by that afternoon.


Ordering by Credit Card will significantly increase your chances of getting same day delivery as we won’t have to spend any time screening your order.

How can I schedule delivery?


NON-Kuwait orders:


PostaPlus will directly call you to schedule your delivery. If you don’t receive a call from PostaPlus, please contact their call center as soon as possible to avoid any delays. You can also visit your nearest PostaPlus branch. If none of the above are working for you, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us by emailing [email protected] or WhatsApp +965 97891488. Our Delivery Solutions team will step in to intervene on your behalf!


How can I change my delivery address after placing an order?


Please send your order ID to [email protected] to notify us of your correct address. You can also WhatsApp us at +965-97891488.


I’ve been waiting longer than your delivery promised, what should I do?


You Can either email us at [email protected] or WhatsApp +965-97891488.

Do you offer collection in Kuwait?


We do NOT offer outlet / reception collection in Kuwait, only delivery. 


How long dose it take to receive my order?


Kuwait:


The majority of our customers should expect their delivery within one working day of placing the order.


International:


International orders will reach to the destination country within 3-5 working days.




Shipping and Charges


What if the item I received is damaged on delivery?


At LETOUCH we always take extra care in packaging your items. However, in case the item you received was damaged, please inform us immediately via WhatsApp on +965-97891488.


I don’t want to receive my order, what should I do?


You can cancel your order at any time before the order has been shipped from our warehouse. Once you've received the shipping confirmation it will not be possible to cancel your order. In case of international orders after the cancellation is complete, your LETOUCH credit will be added to your account for the same value as your returned items. To arrange a cancellation, please email us at [email protected] or WhatsApp at +965-97891488.


Will you ship to Qatar if I don’t provide a valid ID?


Unfortunately a customs regulation for Qatar requires that we provide a valid personal ID for your shipment. Accepted photo identification documents include one of the followings

:

- Passport

- Driver's license

- Qatar ID

 

 If you fail to provide this documentation we won’t be able to ship your order to you.


Why am I paying shipping/delivery charges?


Kuwait:


If your order is below 30 KWD, there will be 2 KWD delivery charge.


International:


If your order is Below 100 KWD, there will be additional shipping charges based on your order.


What are your charges for delivery?


Kuwait:


Delivery in Kuwait is 2 KWD for orders below 30 KWD. Any order over 30 KWD is free of charges.


International:


For orders over 100 KWD, delivery is free of charges. For orders under 100 KWD, shipping charges will apply based on the order weight. 



Payment Methods


How can I pay for my order?


Kuwait:


For delivered in Kuwait, you can choose cash on delivery or online payment.


International:


For worldwide delivery online payment is the only available method currently. 


Are my bank details trusted for online payments at LETOUCH?


We actually use industry-leading encryption standards! This encrypts the data you provide to us, ensures it is safe and not accessible to any third party. From your side, the most important is to protect your password. Your data is only used to process orders and to serve you better. It will be under no circumstances disclosed to any third party. 


Why should I use prepaid methods of payment?


If you use a prepaid method of payment (Credit card or Knit), you will not have to pay any Cash on Delivery charges. Another benefit is that prepaid orders do not require phone verification so there is a good chance that your order would be processed faster


What payment methods do you accept?


Credit Cards: At LETOUCH, our preferred payment method is via a secure credit card transaction. Rest assured, your card number will be protected using industry-leading encryption standards. We guarantee a safe shopping experience on our website. We currently accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards.

 

Cash on Delivery: For customers without access to a credit card, we accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as an alternative payment method only in Kuwait. 


My credit card details have been rejected, what do I do?


Double check the following common mistakes:


Is the card you used for ATM use only?


Some cards are not enabled for e-commerce shopping, contact your bank to enable your card for online shopping.


Were the following fields entered correctly?

  • Name on card
  • CVV code (three digit number on back of card)
  • Expiry date


Is there sufficient limit on your credit card?
